This scrapbook documents the years of food stamp program from 1939-1945. It appears to be from the office of O.A. Pearson, Superintendent, Division of Public Relief. The scrapbook includes photographs of the Minneapolis Food Stamp Division's offices and staff and the men and women who came to receive the stamps.
