Scope and Contents

Southeastern portion of general plat information indicating locations of dwellings in unplatted areas. Small maps of individual towns, showing buildings of Champlin, Dayton, Excelsior, Minnetonka Mills, Osseo and Wayzata are arranged around the border. Also included is a map of principal buildings of Minneapolis. Residences shown in lithographs are those of W.W. Eastman, W.A. Stanchfield, F.R.E. Cornell, J.T. Grimes, W.D. Washburn, and W.S. King. Businesses included are The Globe Hotel, Warner's Block, Jacoby's Photo Gallery, Johnson & Copeland Planning Mill, The Academy of Music, the University of Minnesota and Richardson's Stable.
