Many materials document the planning and implementation of the Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) in the 1990s. Materials were compiled by neighborhood resident, Ann Lynch.

History
East Harriet Farmstead Neighborhood Association (later East Harriet Neighborhood Association) is the official neighborhood organization for the East Harriet area of Minneapolis. The neighborhood is bordered by Lake Harriet and Lakewood Cemetery on the west, Lyndale Avenue on the east, 36th St. to the north, and 46th St. to the south. The neighborhood includes Lyndale Farmstead Park, Lyndale Park (including the Rose Garden and Peace Garden), and Roberts Bird Sanctuary.
When Minneapolis implemented the Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) in the early 1990s, East Harriet Farmstead was one of the first neighborhoods selected to participate.
