13th Minnesota Infantry Regiment Scrapbook
The collection consists of a scrapbook containing ribbons, buttons, and a copy of the program from the reception held to welcome the regiment home after serving in the Philippines during the Spanish-American War. The reception was held on October 12, 1899, at the Minnesota State Capital in Saint Paul and was attended by thousands of people including the President of the United States, William McKinley, and his cabinet.
Albert C. Loring Diary and Other Material
The Albert C. Loring Collection consists of one box of materials. This box contains newspaper clippings, two photographs, and a journal from Loring's time at prep school. It also includes some brief items about his third wife, Mary Shenehon.
Alfred M. Shuey Scrapbooks and Music
The collection includes two scrapbooks containing newspaper clippings and programs from many Minneapolis and St. Paul musical events. Scrapbook I covers 1868-1881 and Scrapbook II covers 1891-1897. Newspaper clippings include an obituary and a program from a dinner honoring Captain Shuey in November 1927.
Alice Berg Johnson Lutheran Deaconess Nursing School Papers

Frequent topics include books, educational curricula, government services, and local resources.
American Association of University Women: Minneapolis Branch, Pen Group Records
One box of material from 1949 to 1973. Included are history, membership lists, programs for meetings and spring events, and secretaries’ books. The secretaries’ books include members who attended, what manuscripts were read, and summaries of discussions.
Amphictyons Programs
This collection consists of yearbooks and directories from 1908-1928. The directories are handwritten or typed and include officers, committees, meetings and topics for each month, bibliography, and member’s names and addresses.
Andreas Ruud Larsen Papers
The collection consists of four boxes and a map drawer. Box 1 contains biographical information and documents about the stained glass windows as well as the use of the sketches in an exhibit in 2000. Box 2 and 3 contain sketches of stained glass windows. Box 4 contains small pieces of stained glass. The map drawer contains oversized sketches of stained glass windows.

The collection consists of prints, acetate negatives, and glass-plate negatives of photographs taken by Arnold D. Roth in Minneapolis during the late 1800s and early 1900s. Principal subjects include downtown street scences and businesses, houses, and Minnehaha Falls.
Arvonne Fraser Library Records
Fact sheets, brochures, building information, newspaper clippings, correspondence and other administrative records documenting the history and operations of Arvonne Fraser Library (known as Southeast Library until 2020) in Minneapolis, Minnesota, from 1962 to 2018. Southeast Library was part of the Minneapolis Public Library. The Minneapolis Public Library and Hennepin County Library merged in 2008. Arvonne Fraser Library is now part of the Hennepin County Library.
Asa Emery Johnson Manuscript and Photograph
One box. The collection consists of an undated 25 page handwritten paper entitled "Whence Came the Different Species of Varieties of Man" that attempts to explain the origins of different races written for the Minnesota Academy of Science. There is also a small portrait of Johnson from Minnesota History Magazine.
Atawasios Club Programs
Includes the programs for the Chicago Avenue Literary Club which changed its name to Atawasios Club in April 1903. The collection contains programs from 1896 to 1952 with some missing years. Programs include officers, program and presenters for each meeting, constitution and by-laws, members and addresses, and reference books for topic of the year.

The collection consists of 200 color 35mm slide transparencies featuring Barbara Martinsen's family and friends in the 1950s-1970s. Many images feature children, especially Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. Barbara Martinsen grew up at 4037 Columbus Ave. S in Minneapolis, part of the Bryant neighborhood. She graduated from Central High School in 1969.
