Peter Kosmas Diaries
The collection consists of loose-leaf diaries written by Peter Kosmas between 1936 and 1943 while he was a student at Washburn High School and the University of Minnesota. The bulk of the diary entries are handwritten and focus on Kosmas' academic, social, and family life. The diaries occassionally include newspaper clippings, photographs, and ephemera, including a 1941 Washburn High School commencement program. Several entries relate to World War II.
Peter P. Quist Papers
The Peter P. Quist collection consists of two boxes. Box one includes the manuscript drafts and the final printed version of his memoirs. It also includes materials pertaining to the Augustana Synod Laymen's Pension Committees, the Minnesota Railway and Warehouse Commission (written in Swedish), and the Scandinavian Relief Association of Red Wing. Box two includes professional materials from his position as the State Weighmaster for grain.

Phill Lindsay City of Minneapolis Television Programs
Video recordings and production notes for the ARTIFACTS, Inside Minneapolis, and On CUE television programs produced by the City of Minneapolis from 1991 to 2004. Production notes include log sheets, scripts, research and reference materials on guests and topics, and correspondence. Video recordings were digitized from VHS and all recordings are available in the Hennepin County Library Digital Collections. Note that cassettes A06, A34, A42-A47, and A55 do not exist.

Over 1800 postcards featuring various Minneapolis and Hennepin County attractions such as parks, hotels, museums, churches, restaurants, and more. Detailed descriptions of each postcard are available in the postcard metadata spreadsheet. Many postcards include handwritten messages which have been transcribed in the metadata.
Poster Collection
Over 850 posters related to Hennepin County and Minneapolis events, organizations, and topics. The majority of the collection contains promotional posters for musical concerts, theatrical performances, and sporting events. Posters are organized by subject. Venue, artist, and poster printer information are included when known.
Prospect Park Association Records
The collection consists of materials from the various iterations of the Prospect Park Association, including organizational records, subject files, financial records, and media. Due to a house fire in the 1970s, many of the early records were lost. The bulk of the material dates from the 1960s to the early 2000s. The Newsletters and Agendas, Minutes, Etc. series are good entries to the collection.
