ARTIFACTS, Inside Minneapolis, and On CUE were television programs produced by the City of Minneapolis and hosted by Phill Lindsay. The programs aired on the city's local cable access channel in the 1990s and early 2000s.
ARTIFACTS was created in 1990 as a half hour program focused on the arts. Eventually an hour-long program, the show aired from 1990 to 2000. Episodes included interviews with local and national artists and performers, as well as tours of local arts establishments. Phill Lindsay hosted ARTIFACTS through his role as the Minneapolis Community Development Agency (MCDA)'s Arts Economic Development Specialist.
Inside Minneapolis began in 1998 and, over two years, documented community development in Minneapolis. Phill Lindsay developed and hosted the program through his work as director of MCDA.
From 2002 to 2004, On CUE highlighted the urban environment of Minneapolis, including the work of the city's Committee on Urban Development. Phill Lindsay developed and hosted On CUE as a volunteer after leaving city government.
