Charlie's Cafe Exceptionale Records
The collection consists of a variety of materials related to the café and its ownership. These include personal correspondence from both Charles and Louise Saunders, biographical materials, newspaper clippings, various photographs and media, audio recordings, restaurant menus, promotional materials, and assorted artifacts.
COVID-19 in Hennepin County Photographs
Photographs of business exteriors and signage taken by Hennepin County Library staff, primarily at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic from March to May 2020. Signs include printed and handwritten messages noting business closures and changes to services. Includes some photographs of messages of support and positive affirmations in yards and on sidewalks.

Menu Collection
The collection contains menus for Hennepin County restaurants and events from the late 1800s to the present. The bulk of the menus are from Minneapolis restaurants and date from the 1930s and later. The menus often include prices, specials, and location information.
Muriel Lee Collection on Caesar's Bar and the Cedar-Riverside Neighborhood
The collection consists of two scrapbooks, one from Caesar's Restaurant, the other from a garden maintained by Muriel and David Lee. Both Caesar's and the garden were located in the Cedar-Riverside Neighborhood, near the University of Minnesota’s west bank campus. The collection also includes newsletters from Caesar's and some miscellaneous material.

Whittier Alliance Eat Street Oral Histories
Transcripts, audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, and accompanying documentation from interviews conducted by the Whittier Alliance to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the 1997 designation of Nicollet Ave. S as "Eat Street." Interviewees are current or former owners of Eat Street establishments. The collection formed the basis of a 2017 exhibit at the Hennepin History Museum.
