The collection consists of materials from Prospect Park Association (formerly the Prospect Park and East River Road Improvement Association), including organizational records, subject files, financial records, and media. Due to a house fire in the 1970s, many of the early records were lost. The bulk of the material dates from the 1960s to the early 2000s. The Newsletters and Agendas, Minutes, Etc. series are good entries to the collection.

The collection consists of color slide transparencies of Minneapolis scenes, especially buildings and downtown land use, taken by Minneapolis City Planning Department employee Robert Moffitt from the 1960s to 1990s. Most images are unlabelled.
Writings, planning documents, and 35mm slides from Weiming Lu's work in the Minneapolis City Planning Department during the 1960s and 1970s. The bulk of the collection is draft articles reflecting on the Metro Center '85 project.
