Memoranda and meeting minutes from the Nicollet Mall Implementation Board are also included. Most of the collection centers around two main mall designs/re-designs, one in the late 1960s and the other the late 1980s.
Newspaper clipping copies, correspondence, a few photographs, and press releases documenting the efforts of Emergency Lakes Environmental Coalition Task Force (ELECT) to prevent hi-rise development on Lake Calhoun (now Bde Maka Ska) from 1987 to 1990. Records are arranged by date. Materials from later dates relate to other planned hi-rises near the lakes.

Production notes include log sheets, scripts, research and reference materials on guests and topics, and correspondence. Video recordings were digitized from VHS and all recordings are available in the Hennepin County Library Digital Collections. Note that cassettes A06, A34, A42-A47, and A55 do not exist.
The collection consists of materials from the various iterations of the Prospect Park Association, including organizational records, subject files, financial records, and media. Due to a house fire in the 1970s, many of the early records were lost. The bulk of the material dates from the 1960s to the early 2000s. The Newsletters and Agendas, Minutes, Etc. series are good entries to the collection.
