Abstract The collection consists programs, scrapbooks, photographs, newspaper clippings, realia, and assorted papers documenting the Minneapolis Aquatennial from 1940 to the present.The Aquatennial is the official civic celebration of Minneapolis which is held annually during the third full week of July. Materials in this collection have accumulated over several decades from multiple sources. The collection is compiled and organized by Special Collections staff.
